I have a space fit for a pinky between seat tube and rear tyre….
Need to finalise where to put the join for the front and rear light. At the BB seems the best option, keeps both cables long. Reasonably accessible and protected?

Does it hit the seat tube before the chain stays get too narrow? My old super galaxy used to get too narrow first. I always pushed the wheel in as far as possible to get it tighter

Hmm I'd have thought that you want a continuous cable going around/over/however past the BB as it's in the line of fire for water etc. Join nearer the rear light maybe?

I’d keep it forward if you have the clearance. Won’t make much difference but shorter bikes are marginally more fun
