Really was just an opportunity to dump a load of Tesla shares, no?
-

Tesla fanbois reckon it's because he's afflicted with autism and it's really tough for people with autism to not make irrational and impulsive decisions that aren't sustainable the poor lamb.
-
• #429
Same fanbois who would happily watch Trump mock people with disabilities, but any excuse for Elon is good for them.
-
• #430
Very rich man child?
-
• #431
Wow, amazed that you cannot say anything negative about Musk without the fan bois jumping on you and calling you a cock.
-
• #432
Take your hands off your cock.
Oh.
I've been doing this wrong for a long time.
I thought they said "tape your hands to"

That robot looked like it had shit itself.
I guess it's the future though. -

Looks like Honda’s robot 15 years ago

Now taking practical action against Ukraine:
-
• #439
I dont care much for musk, he seems eh not a great person. Regardless i can see why he thinks someone else should pay for it rather than his company. I dont know any other international companies that are donating that kind of cash indefinetly. But maybe there is im im just not aware. But the point that governments should be the ones covering the bills for such services seem reasonable rather than a privately owned company.
-
• #440
Agree fully here, no massive fan of Musk but he's got a business to run at the end of the day and his charity can only reasonably go so far - it should be up to governments to foot the bill for these aid packages.
Also find it a bit difficult to slam Musk on it too, there's very few other companies that are jumping to help Ukraine with such a cost to themselves. I don't think North Face are Russian shills because they're not donating winter jackets to Ukrainian soldiers, but it's being thrown at Space X and Musk like that
-
• #441
Isn't starlink massively subsidised?
And funded only a small proportion of the service to Ukraine in any case?
-
• #442
Offer it for free then turn off the tap. Ahhh the method of awful business practice the world over.
-
• #443
Definitely don't think it's good that it's threatening to be turned off, if it's of use which is seems it is then countries should fund it - probably a pittance compared to how much the munitions are costing.
Of all the things that make Musk a bit of a dick, I don't think helping out and then asking for continuing support from US defence budgets is one of them, his Twitter thoughts on the other hand...
-
• #444
The cuntiest thing about this one is that he's doing it in direct response to being called out by senior Ukrainians for telling them they should surrender to Russia, the big fucking baby, and just as it's been disclosed that he's been having secret chats with Putin.

The worst part is that Musk will allow Drumph back in Twitter and give him a platform with bot support. It will lot of fun and games with him as a president and Putler doing his thing in Europe. Our only hope he does the right thing and actually does something to all the troll army accounts.
-
• #449
I don’t suppose he’ll squish the bots because it’s the right thing, but he might well do to prove a point.

There was a press release saying Monday for Don Don but turned out to be bullshit.
His takeover was for HUMANITY... what a cunt
More twatage.
