All this, but I'm currently looking at around £200 a month pay cut - actual, not some "adjusted for inflation" figure... and thats after the "payrise". Also they proposed changes to sick pay, later start/finish times so we'll also need extra childcare, annualised and flexi hours - shorter days in summer, longer days in winter, two tier workforce - new starters will have worse pay/conditions going forward...
