I've got a Rapha winter hat that I bought in 2016, quite thick so nice and warm but the seam at the front REALLY digs into my forehead so I think I'm done with it. Peaked Merino hat looks less bulky so better chance I won't have the same issue but only comes in one size, Pro Team Winter Hat looks warmer but potentially same big seam issue, however, it does come in two sizes so might mitigate that? Can't be arsed to go to store and try them, anyone got a view on either?
