Well yeah, they have some longer lug to lug measurements and again I think it does put people off. Doesn't make sense to shrink the case dimensions but then still keep a longer lug length and Longines have reduced that with their new 37mm Spirit at 45mm, Nomos could've done better at 47.7mm.

The Spirit 37mm lug to lug is around 47mm, so not too dissimilar to the NOMOS, still big for the sizes but much more wearable.
