Well yeah, they have some longer lug to lug measurements and again I think it does put people off. Doesn't make sense to shrink the case dimensions but then still keep a longer lug length and Longines have reduced that with their new 37mm Spirit at 45mm, Nomos could've done better at 47.7mm.

Agreed. Really don't understand why they use longer lugs?? Everyone comments on it too as the main reason for not purchasing. I thought they may have made them a bit shorter than normal but not sure now as different sites are showing different measurements.
