Grx and ultegra is compatible, however you will find that the chainset is placed a few mm outwards. I had one working the other way round, Ultegra crank and GRX FD, but it was right at the limit of the adjustment.

Sure, chainset is slightly outboard but it has worked fine for me for the last year or so on my current frame so I'm optimistic, just can't guarantee it will work on every frame.
My comment referred to the shifters as I don't have personal experience of them - but I can't see why they wouldn't work ultegra mechs.

Assuming ultegra front mech works with grx chainset on new frame - most likely will but not guaranteed.
