The hourly rate is irrelevant.
Slow £50 may equal quick £100. You still receive the same outcome.
Is it just an hour, a day or multiple days.
You seem to begrudge the £500 plumber, but only he had the certs to validate your work. Certs which will have cost his time and money onto of experience. He probably doesn't have every day booked up.
