Maybe not the right thread, but I swear there was a thread on here that was titled something like ‘weekenders/day trips/overnighters from London’. People suggested nice places to get the train there n back within reasonable distance from London for a nice bike ride. Anyone have it saved? I can’t find it
Failing that, any suggestions on decent places to get the train out of London - ride around some nice off-road stuff - train back?
I did a day trip to the New Forest via Southampton Central and Ashurst the other day and it was great, im looking for that kinda thing
