Cheers all, they appear to make 2 types for the PF30A, an outboard ABEC3 and an angular type, I can't understand the difference or which one I'd need, I've sent an email asking for clarification unless anyone knows the answer......
Angular contact bearings are better at dealing with axial loads than a normal deep groove ball bearing so should have better longevity.
They however generally have more friction and can be noisier.
