Yes it is.
My choice was between a Pelago or this one; chose this because it was
A) bigger platform
B) cheaperThe painted steel isn't that durable though. The joints on the platform already started to rust a little bit.
The Pelago is stainless so should be more durable, and the different fixings gives it more options.
I used a Velo Orange (I think) lower fork bracket to get it lower. If i'ld used the Minoura bracket it would've been much higher and further to the front and I would've needed to use the front eyelets.
But all in all, happy with my choice!

I like it like this, due to keeping options in the future and I like to have a tall steerer, because I sling my bag behind it.
