I've got a new set of 46mm wide SKS with all the bits including secu clips for the front stays. The rear fork bridge attachment comes loose and you fit that yourself, rubber flap on rear but not front.
They are a nice gun metal with olive Green hue and finished off with copper rivets, should fit to 38mm (I like my guards snug personally so I've done 40mm personally).
I'd do them for £25 including postage.
