The ride from Port de Pollença to Cap Formentor is well worth it. It's a dead end, but great views make it worth it.
I loved the climb up to the monastery at Sant Salvador, but that's a 130 km round trip from Port de Pollença.

Yeah, I saw that in my hours-long trawl through Majorca climbs and it looks lovely, but a bit far. Although I do have a hire car, so could dismantle the bike and throw it in the boot.
E2a: Cap Formentor on the list for sure.

Looks cool, but I'm based in Port de Pollença, which makes it just that bit too far for me these days.
