Quick question, at work there's a colour card which is supposed to have a neutral grey but when I use the WB pipette thing in Lightroom, it goes way too warm. My question is that is the degree of too-warmness likely to be the same for every shot using the same card?
and what I mean by that is, if I use the pipette and then manually turn it cooler until I'm happy with the WB, can I apply that same drop in K across all photos on different days using the same card?
Is it always likely to be 200k too warm no matter what day? (for example) (outdoors/natural light) -

It will depend on your monitor.
You can check if the RGB values on the area you picked are the same after you did the white balance.Edit: if they are and it looks too cool or warm you have to calibrate the screen.
