Such a nice frame, don't think that I've seen a top tube to seat tube lug before. Really classy. How wide are the Schwalbes?

TT to ST lugs are fairly common I think? Unless you’re describing something and I’m misunderstanding.

The tyres are supposedly 33s, but they measure 32.5 on fairly wide rims.

My take as well, that’s pretty much the standard format for a lugged frame.
