My (conspiracy) theory is that the 2 'Greenpeace' women were actually Tory shire mums pretending to be greenpeace, using this tame 'protest' to set up the anti-growth coalition line that followed their protest.

Have it on very good authority they are genuine Greenpeace campaigners.
