First ride on the Singular Peregrine, finally figured out how to adjust the Archer Dx-1 (not the Archers fault) and it works really well.
The bike feels nimble and handles well on more technical terrain. Tires are great.
Left to do:
*Raise the saddle 1cm
*Tilt the saddle down
*Change the pedals to a pair of spd-es600
*BDHU...
*Wrap bars
*Move one spacer above stem
*Cut fork steerer
In the more distant future:
*Get Conti Terra Hardpack on a pair of DT Swiss P1800
*Get fenders that clears the Rocket Ron's (GB 60 mm, Honjo 70mm or SKS Bluemels Style?)
