I mean it would be fantastic if it was a similar price. The problem is that the chimney is literally right in the middle of the house. It would mean making good 4 rooms upstairs if it was removed, whereas downstairs it would just be the floor and the ceiling. Unfortunately there is a limit to what I will be able to afford, and I feel the more comprehensive job will not be available within my price range.
