Salomon Speedcross 4 trail runners - £45

Fantastic trail running shoe, but 50km or so of trails can't change the fact they just don't fit me as well as La Sportiva's option. Really good condition, but note - one of the insole stickers has crumpled a bit.

Probably a touch late for anyone looking to train their jogging skills for cross season, but you never know - might be a running market out there! If you're interested as a fashion shoe, please lie about it and pretend it's for running applications.

Pick up in Bromley or Soho, shipping will be Royal Mail at whatever the appropriate cost for a 600g parcel to you would be.

Sorry fellah - missed this. I’d say that’s fair. Fit is pretty good for day to day but a half size short for running.
