My longest run for a number of years yesterday evening.
Completely overshot a half marathon distance and ended up with around 27km. Garmin GPS fuck up missed the first 1 and a bit km.
Got absolutely soaked about 5km in at the peak of Allermuir Hill. I was tempted to turn around there, but persisted. Running in the rain is always more enjoyable once you're wet.
My knee that's waiting on ACL reconstruction is feeling a bit stiff, but otherwise legs feel fresh this morning.
