Dan, not sure if this is anything of your interest, but I have a 1" inch threaded kinesis alu fork.
The rake I'm not sure of, I'll happily post you pictures. And look for info online somewhere for the rake. They came in a tokio S2 which I recently aquired. So they do fit the frame nicely. Lenght of tube I should measure, but the previous owner left it long and I'm sure there is plenty of steerer left. The frame is a 54, and there is plenty of chimney.
