Is this a hill climb bike?

Indeed. With adjustment hood angle into handlebar for more efficient hand grips this bike can climb the hill like other climb hill bike. Fly like the wind, right on!

crazy build. i am surprised the cable actuated hydro discs with that setup are lighter than two levers and full hydro though... i thought those brake calipers were really heavy

I got round the lack of hoods on drop bar by using a bar with long reach (100mm) which gives much more room for the hands to rest or pull on meaning I don't miss the hoods.
