Spent a while trying to get this and no luck. Anyone else? Nothing in the picture to go on and the clue is driving me round in circles.

I think you may be right with Deptford, but the pla didn't go there. I'm going to have another go tonight, then admit defeat. Good challenge!

There was a short feature on bbc news earlier about how the BBC identifies war locations in Ukraine from photos people post on their social media

They use AI algorithms in Google earth that IDs the location from the most dodgy photos from the slimmest hints.

The PLA bit is sort of a distraction as it's not part of it, as far as I can tell. But I can see why it may have been put there.

Perhaps someone could be kind enough to help the rest of us out then?

I was hinting at the logic of how I found it. What I will say is that it isn't in the triangle formed by this:
famous tree, dock or Creek

Well if Creek is Deptford I'm no nearer to what the dock or creek might be. I think when the pic gives nothing away it's useful to have slightly easier clues. At the moment I'd have better luck in the Bermuda triangle.

I think the problem might be that no one apart from oat has the slightest idea where it is. If only there was some way of accelerating the process...
