Yeah we’re having new ceiling so driver can be placed in ceiling. Current plan is orluna air fixed above the island and pendant above the table. We will have wall lights in dining room and recessed spots (dimmable) in kitchen and dining room. Yes dimmer was wanted - I’ll drop them an email and see what they say.

Great fittings, sound like you have your bases covered. To be frank a lot of these slim line pendants probably won't be nice to sit under at the dining table at night. Despite the low glare claims they're often direct lighting from a narrow source without any diffusion. I'd be leaning towards something with more diffusion and uplight as that'll really benefit you in the day. Alternatively make a statement with whatever you think looks best but have some supplementary lighting so you are not dependant on it to light the space. I don't do resi but my general comment to architects and interior designers for commercial spaces is you can spec whatever the fuck you want as it won't be doing any muscle work.
If the room lacks daylight then the lack of uplight will be an issue in the day IMO. If it goes over a dinner table then you'll definitely want dimming as these are office fittings that kick out a lot of light. Bare in mind with these slim line pendants that more often than not the driver is remote and will either need to be mounted on or above the ceiling.
