Hello! Yes, French threading both the HS and BB I guess.
Rear dropout spacing is 125 mm. And seatpost diameter is 25 mm.
I bought the frame from a guy in the north of Spain. He did not give me much information but he told me it was one of the frames used in the velodrome of San Sebastian. It was repainted and the original colors were blue and white.
About the tubing I do not have any clue, but most probably Reynolds tubing 531.
Dropouts are Zeus Pista and the frok crown as well.
