A friend was able to get the new Pelagos. Tried it on yesterday and I have to say… it’s perfect. Want want want. The bezel looks way more normal in real life than it did in photos, too.

Gah. Goes against a few randoms’ opinions I’ve heard but I trust your judgement. Really keen to check one out IRL. Though I honestly don’t know if I could ever get over the Arial “issue”.

Don't trust me. I'm not super super picky. But in a land of shiny Sub's that I really don't like, it was nice to have the same feel and vibe as a pre-ceramic Submariner, but one that doesn't feel flimsy with hollow end links and a rattly worn bracelet etc.
