Mea culpa. I'll shift myself over. Tbh I am giving up. I'll just place a couple of empty tins under the toilet and bath leaks and have done with it.
(The box would be higher than the bath to line up with the window, so actually would be the perfect height all the way across. Eta: The flush! I hadn't thought about the flush.)

Ooh - another thing we did to save space was to put the cistern high up on the wall with a pull chain (it's one of those those old fashioned ones).
Then the builder chased the pipe between the two into the wall. It lets you put the toilet right back against the wall, saving a worthwhile bit of floor space.

Extendy box thing is a good idea but wont the bath be a lot lower than the sink unit and where you would have the flush? And so what level would you put it at?
