Hey there, tried to research but didn't find any specific or extended information on sealing the cables on the hub connector.
You didn't find any because its not a requirement. The fitment to the hub connector (despite being basic AF) is pretty bulletproof without any extra waterproofing. You can always add some tape/sugru etc if you feel anxious, but it's been that design for decades.

Hey there, tried to research but didn't find any specific or extended information on sealing the cables on the hub connector. SP PD8 & B&M IQ XS combination to be specific.
I put on some tape at the ends + shrank some plastic wrapper stuff, but is it enough? I read that B&M light are prone to water damage if they haven't been updated.
