Parlee Z1 Track Frame with Belt Drive

Hi All,

Very reluctant sell but just haven't been using this enough of late to warrant keeping it.

Selling a custom made Z1 Parlee Frame + Forks with track dropouts. I bought this originally from a Parlee dealer who had it custom made. An absolute ream to ride. Looking for £1200. Listing includes:

Parlee Z1 Frame (full dimensions included)
Chris King Headset
Sram Red Crankset
Gates Carbon Belt Drive
Carbon Aero Bars
Ritchley Seat Clamp (designed to sit on integrated carbon seatpost)
Spare Gates cog and chain ring

Mack Hub Wheelset available as well for an extra £200

Currently weighs around 5.4kg (lacking proper scales for exact measurement) as pictured without saddle and pedals (not included in sale). I'm 180 cm and fit's me like a dream.

Frame is in great condition but there is some rubbing/scratches on the lacquer from where my lock as rubbed. Following post will highlight this.

Had a few questions, as regards the distance between the BB and Mid Saddle. There's a bit of play as the Ritchley Seat post can go up and down a bit. I've got it at the bottom currently at 77cm but can go up to 78.5cm safely.

I’ve been trying to come up with a reason to buy it in the background but don’t think I’d have enough use for it sadly. My fixed riding is long haul commuting these days, and don’t don’t do enough hill climbs to justify a stand-alone ride.

Best of luck with the sale though, OP, in any configuration this frame will look so good!

Does it have a rear brake bridge, or fixed only?
