I've not raced HM distance for many years but have 19yrs in the game & hold a UKA coaching badge although I'm not actively coaching.
Recent years focus on 5km & Ultras (poles apart I know) here's my recent years 5km's best as indication of pace 🤷♂️ yes, I'm getting slower as we all will eventually.
