Left hand shimano shifter

I'm trying to replace a part in my Shimano R7020 shifter. It's a silly small plastic part that has been impossible to get a hold of for the past 2 months. Since the latest due date has once again slipped I'm trying to source a cheapy cheap shifter as a doner. The part itself is only £2, so I'm looking for shifters that are sitting at the back of your drawers because they're broken etc!

Yea exactly! I actually need two left ones.
I (in a rush) tried to take one off my other bike that doesn't get much use and broke that one too :(

I’ve got a slightly gouged one from a 105 shifter, but I’m pretty sure I’ve used ones from Claris/sora shifters with ultegra shifters. And the sora ones seem to be in stock

Oh really? Could you send me a link to it please? The left Sora looks out of stock for me. Assuming we're both looking at sjscycles.

My mistake was looking at the right one. Could always 3d print one
