I got this two stitch one and it feels quite substantial. Not far off original quality

I’m no expert on leather straps (or anything for that matter) but the strap feels quite light and thin.
I’ve tried on my brothers IWC and the leather strap has a nice weight and thickness….I’m probably comparing apples with pears here…
Is it unreasonable to expect similar quality from the after market leather strap?
