WTD: frameset for the rough stuff

Hi!

I am looking for a nice frameset for the "rough stuff" - that is for me longish daily or weekens rides with front and rear bag on and especially off road.
- handmade British steel frame
- ST 23" ct; TT 22.5/23 cc
- period roughly 40s-60s
- clearance for at least 32mm (700c)
- mounting options for fender, racks and light
Shipping must be to Germany but I am glad to cover any costs.

120mm rear would be norm in that era, so would it be single speed you are building? Need to check sizing, wheels (one for sure was meant for 27 1 1/4 ones) and clearances, but have couple of rarities I may offload, both London based builders, one of them being a woman 😀 Would help knowing you approx budget/postage excluding

Thanks! 120mm would be perfect, I'll ride singlespeed/fixed gear only anyway.
