I am sure this has been asked 1000 times.
What are our views on 'liberating' a bike that is down to one wheel, no saddle, brakes that has been outside a venue I visit regularly for three months since I started noting it probably longer.
It could be given a happy home and a new life.
As I say probably been asked 1000 times.....so sorry.
