  • And got a new jig, very exciting, purchase satisfaction through the roof. cant wait to put it to use on the next frame, which is a giant track frame for a mate. Basically copying the koga kinsei geo wise.

  • ok thats it

  • As ever - seriously excellent work - love it.
your welds on that 160mm - sublime. well impressed

  • These look great!

    Dibs the giant track frame

  • awesome updates :))))

    everything looks so good

  • Love the massive stem (and everything else!). Top work.

  • Awesome and entertaining updates, love the looong stem!

  • Fantastic updates. I'd be very interested in having a stem built.

  • Thanks All! much appreciate the kind words. Ive been feeling really good with the process recently. The last few frames have gone very smooth.

@jontea Ill let you know! Id like to build one or two more for myself to get them dialled, and need to sort out a nicer stem jig, but could produce some in a few weeks :)

  • Can you put me in that queue please if you do go about making a few :D

  • love that canti frame.
i might have a spare ritchey fork ready for steel frame, just saying ....

  • No problem, gimme a shout when you're happy with the finished product. I'll start measuring up what I need.

  • What's happening there below the headset?

  • haha for sure :)

  • thanks! i might soon need something different forkwise :) not sure how long i can get along with this one

  • yeah its a bit of a pain, i think the frame it was one mustve had some integrated thing going on. I didnt notice in the ebay images i thought it was just the fork crown. at least was only 40 quid. but it does look a bit funny. So may either find something to fill the gap or a different fork

  • Sick TIG skills, and it looks like you're adding fillets to your repertoire :)

Also that new jig looks very nice
