I made a front wheel stand, does that count?
Cost was about £70 for the aluminium bits and £15 for the fork mount. It's probably over-engineered (I am not an engineer) but figured dentistry would likely be much more expensive.
Am sure you could do similar cheaper in a more DIY fashion, basically just need something solid and stable under the fork mount.

Pretty sure the answer is no but does anyone make a front wheel stand, like below? That isn't really expensive. Curiously looking for something neater than a wheel for a dead frame turn turbo bike.
