Generally people don't like guessing what you actually want for it though. It speeds things up for everyone if you suggest a price but you do you man

If it helps anyone, the full build was well north of £3k, and the frame is obviously rare and collectible.

about 5 years ago.

25% depreciation the first year and a really conservative 10% depreciation each year after that puts you at just under £1,500. As someone with no history on the forum you'd probably want to knock another £200 off the price so call it £1,300.

Of course I've pulled these numbers out of my arse but better guidance than "make me a serious offer".

Although a price isn't compulsory, without it a sales thread can easily become a PoPcOrN thread which is fun (for us) but dosen't get your bike sold; which considering you've gone to all the trouble putting an ad up in the first place is something you are looking to do.

Honestly I don't understand why people get so stubborn, dig their heals and refuse to say I want £xxxx for my thing even if it's way off or gets bumped down a lot. A number sells stuff.

Cool bike. You may definitely recoup the cost if you split, especially helping shift the track tubs which are pretty niche trackie. I'm sure the frameset and crankset would go quickly and the wheelset maybe shortly after. Especially if you're able to do a London collection. GLWS
