When cycling in London when I see a road closed sign, 100% of the time I ride straight on by saying to myself, I'll be the judge of that. 99% of the time I get by just fine.

I took my daughter (10) to a self defence/crisis session. One tactic while on the floor if the assailant was trying to pick them up was to hold onto the head and bend the neck to prevent easy carrying while calling for help.
