  • British Gas are an utter garbage organisation.

    They emailed us to say that we'd cancelled our DD. We haven't.

  • They upped my DD slightly without warning. Took hours talking to customer services to get it back. I was in credit at the time.

    Ours has moved up to roughly what I expected, so no need to speak to them at all yet, but I get notifications of every DD going out on my phone so I'd spot something like that instantly I'd hope.
