Netherlands Covid checks

We're due to travel via eurostar to Amsterdam on Monday, however we have just discovered that the Netherlands require your last vaccination to have been within 14days and 270days from your date of arrival, ours will be 290...

Does anyone have any experience of the reality of being checked, and if so is it prior to boarding the train or on arrival? Rumour has it that they don't check at all...🤞
