I have Spotters silver rival cranks. Though I sanded them down to remove scratches and then never bothered polishing them.
They're not being used if anyone wants -

i put flat bars on my kepler a few months ago. i've been contemplating going back to drops though as i'm getting numb hands with this setup.

110bcd? Could be interested as I feel my square taper middleburns are rounded a little...
-
• #26306
This looks rad. Spin the bars anti clockwise slightly?
-
• #26307
Pretty sure they are. I'd need to check next week when I'm back off holls
-
• #26308
Am in no rush but will probably take them off your hands.
-

I think the bars do look a bit more rolled forwards in the photo than in reality.
should flat bars have the grips horizontal to the ground, or is it just whatever's comfortable? -
• #26310
Thanks, might order a set!
-
• #26311
I would have said parallel to the ground or slightly further round but I think it's personal preference
-
• #26312
I think that's the dynamo wire from front light to rear

Get a proper pair of proper cork ergon grips. Trust. Game changers.

That Kepler looks great

cheers, I've rotated the bars back so the grips are parallel. will report back after tomorrow's commute.
@JB I've got ergon ga3 grips on there at the moment which did help a bit with the numb fingers. what's the difference between these and the cork ones other than the material?
@si_mon628 thanks! I know certain people on here aren't fans, but I really like it. it's a pretty versatile frameset
-
• #26316
The cork ones are substantially larger and have a much bigger surface area for pressure to spread across.

Yeah I should have stuck with that first rack...
-
• #26318
Oh I was just thinking "i wonder where I put them" hahaha
-
• #26319
These are the least 'cool' but most comfy, i always liked having the Biocork ones before, as seen on the last page, maybe i should get some more...
...They would match my luggage

I think I'll see how changing the bar angle works out before I go "full ergon"
-
• #26321
It won’t make as big a difference as the change in grips would - there’s serious wrist support in those things.
Do both, your future will thank you. -

Fairlight Faran replace the Croix de Fer perfectly.

• #26323
I hope so because that’s what I’m
doing! -

I have no idea - it's not my build. I'm not sure it is the brake cable. Looks like dynamo routing to me.
-edit-
Definitly dymano routing!

I've had all my bars tilted towards me. It feels like a better position to me, to have the ends angled slightly downwards.

ok, 81 gear inches is not too bad but looks pretty inefficient.
