The shouting of the social media haters is so deafening that no one dares do anything that might slightly suggest lack of respect. Hence BBC blanket coverage and cancelling of loads of events. My wife works for an NHS trust and had a managers briefing day cancelled for this week. Orders were from central and no one wanted to say WTAF!
