It's a point, but not a good one, the settlement was millions, way above what most would be able to afford, his just dead mum bought his way out of a civil prosecution as that was the only way to get anything to stick on the back of loads of revelations about large scale noncing by his friends, all that money and power have lead to him being above the law for what should have been, I'm sure many, criminal prosecutions.

I can't believe I'm defending this, but he's not above the law. It was a civil case that both parties agreed to settle.
