Yep Ted is right. I bought the frameset a few years back from @Lanterne_Rouge on here. It is built up with Campag Veloce with the exception of the crank which is a 180mm carbon record. Wheels are Zondas.
I can in all honesty say it is the best bike I’ve ever ridden.
