18” steel frame, originally for 26” I would imagine. It’s running a 700c Halo aerorage wheelset with a fixed cog and Halo clickster freewheel. The forks are 700c Surly straggler’s.
It could do with a bit of love but it’s all there and solid. Postage within the UK or collection from Cardiff.
