I fell out with Peter James after being told that the unexplained £15 'additional' premium on my renewal notice - that is, additional to the annual increase in premium - was just company policy and I could take it or leave it.
Have you tried Footman James?

They only seem to do it over the phone, and I get anxious speaking to people.
(TMI: I am having a terribly day, full blown anxiety attack, and struggling with most normal functions)
