Has it got clearance for mudguards?

Yes, should fit with the current tyres. I can fit a 4mm allen key under the brake arches front and rear. My own bike had much less than that and guards fitted fine.

Really would like to shift this - lack of space - so price drop.

For those asking about the size, it's a small hybrid so has a longer top tube than you'd expect on a small drop bar bike.
For reference, it's 46cm (18 inches) from the front of the saddle to the grips, with room to move the saddle forward if needed. As best I can measure with a spirit level:
Stack: 49 cm
Reach: 44 cm
Wheelbase: 103 cm
Selling this Orbit Harrier, nice light steel frame with fittings for both front and rear racks so could even do touring duties. Looks rough but it's mechanically good. Shimano hubs on Wolber rims, with excellent near new Schwalbe Durano 32c tyres. Shimano Acera 7 x 2 speed. Shimano Tiagra double pivot brakes with nearly new pads. Noname saddle with a few splits. Pedals will be better than those in the photos.
Standover height is 74cm, top tube 55cm, but with riser bars that's quite short.
