reverse image searching the image bring up the same item on aliexpress, alebit no cheaper - so this shop is probably just drop-selling - had the same thing with a light fitting recently and just ordered direct from aliexpress without issues.
that said, the size of this thing means it looks like there's a bonkers postage fee:
