WTB: A Stem (Quill or 1" steerer) & Handlebar (25.4mm clamp)

I'm pulling together the last couple of bits for a build, and so I'm looking for the final pieces, I can go with either option below:

Option 1: A classic Quill stem (can be long reach 100mm+) and handlebars (ideally 25.4mm clamp size and 40cm+ width)

Option 2: a modern stem for 1" steerer with handlebars (25.4mm clamp size preferable)

Would be interested in any of the parts mentioned above, and am in New Cross SE14 so anything down this way would be preferable but can collect from elsewere

got a lovely 26.0 Nitto Dynamic 10/3tt Morphe combo - yours for £35..

If you'd like a nice option going the 1" ahead route, I have a Salsa Moto Ace stem in silver, plus Salsa bars I'm pretty sure would be compatible. Also have a Cinelli Sesamo and various Cinelli bars which would fit, although I remember the stem is a bit shy of the 100mm length you've mentioned so possibly not suitable. Can send pics etc.

Any of these take your fancy?

Thanks for sending over options all, in the end I picked up a nice set of bars from @Buda_ that fitted a stem I already had lying around, so I will be using that :)
