It is in excellent conditions and very fast for what it is.

OS: Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview which might need to be reset I suppose?
CPU: Intel Core i5 8th Gen (i5-8265U - 1.80Ghz)
RAM: 8Gb
SSD: 128Gb
LCD: 1280x1080 60Hz, not sure about panel, but it has great colors and great contrast.
Model: 20q1-S1HE03

It's quite fast for what it is. Boots ups in seconds and it's very responsive.
Lite and easy to carry.

Tips:

Create headers by underlining text with ==== or ----

To *italicise* text put one asterisk each side of the word
